Foundation & Support

Shoulder Girdle & Breath

Spine & Whole-Body Integration

What is the 3-Series?

The Structural Bodyworks 3-Series is a short series of sessions designed to help your body:

  • Find better support

  • Move with less effort

  • Reduce unnecessary tension

Each session builds on the previous one.

  • Session 1 – Foundation (feet, balance, pelvis)

  • Session 2 – Breath & upper body (ribcage, shoulders)

  • Session 3 – Integration (whole body coordination)

This is not about forcing change.
It’s about allowing your body to reorganize with support and time.

How to Schedule Your Sessions

For best results, we recommend:

  • Booking all 3 sessions in advance

  • Spacing them:

    • 1 session per week, or

    • 3 sessions within 2 weeks

This helps your body integrate changes more smoothly between sessions.

Not Sure Yet?

If you’re not sure if this work is right for you, that’s completely okay.

You’re welcome to:

  • Book just one session first

  • See how your body responds

  • Then decide if you’d like to continue the full 3-Series

There’s no pressure to commit before you’re ready.

What to Wear

How to Prepare

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in

  • Athletic wear or loose-fitting clothes work well

  • Avoid restrictive or tight garments

Before Your Session

  • Try not to schedule intense workouts or competition close to your session

  • Give your body space to receive and adapt

If you are currently:

  • Training for a race

  • Competing in a sport

  • In a high-intensity training phase

It may be better to wait until that period has passed.

What to Expect

This work is different from massage.

You may notice:

  • Subtle changes in how you stand or move

  • Less effort in everyday movement

  • Shifts that continue between sessions

There is nothing you need to “do” in between.
Awareness is enough.

A Note

Structural change happens through support, awareness, and time — not force.

Use what feels right for you. Leave the rest.

We’ll guide you along the way.
