When you join or upgrade to a Family Membership program, you and one or two *family members have full access to all of our services at the membership price.
What’s different is that you're charged one service credit per month (versus one credit per member per month). When you use up your service credits, pay cash or charge at the same low price.

The contract commitment is still just 3 months; then renews monthly until you change. You can always upgrade or downgrade.
The Family for Two program is just that. You are the primary member and one secondary member.
The Family for Three program is for two secondary members for a total of three people.
There is a one-time setup fee of $20 and a $10 surcharge for each secondary member. That’s it!

How To Join
Enrollment Process
It's easy to enroll. You will receive the agreement via email and sign the document. The date you sign is your start date, and you are charged $89 at that time, plus $89 each month thereafter until you cancel.
Make Appointments
You can book online or call us. You earn $89 in credit each month, which you can use for any of our services, and pay the difference at checkout if it’s more than $89.
Terms Of Contract
You are only committed to 3 months (not 12 months like everyone else). Why? Because we are sure you will love the results!
Cancellation Process: After the first 3 months, you can cancel at any time by providing us with notice by phone or email. You only need to provide 30 days’ notice, so you won’t experience another billing period.
