Get A Coded Invoice
For FSA holders, it’s a bit more complex as you should ask for a medically coded invoice from us. Your insurer usually needs this. This receipt takes up to 48 hours to process.

If the Invoice is Rejected
If they reject the invoice, it's always because they also want a Letter Of Medical Necessity! You can ask your Doctor for this letter or you can go online to Dr. B to get this document.

The cost for Dr. B is $15 for the consultation. Simply complete the website questions. Your need is for OTHER. State why you need a medical massage, and they will issue you the letter.
