Solutions for Chronic & Recurring Pain.

Technology-Powered Therapy. For Relief That Lasts!

Are you struggling with persistent tightness, limited mobility, or pain that nothing can truly fix? Our Advanced Therapies take a targeted, movement science approach that goes beyond surface-level relief to identify and correct the root causes.

First, it starts with the latest technology in musculoskeletal (MSK) analysis, to assess your body’s posture and kinetic chain issues connected to your problems. This will identify hidden imbalances, movement compensations, and postural issues that are the root cause of your problems.

Then, with prescribed corrective exercises, specialized bodywork, and guided care, you can break the cycle of dysfunction and build lasting strength, flexibility, and resilience!

Find The Source. Stop The Guesswork!

X-rays and MRIs are excellent for diagnosing damage and addressing the symptoms of pain. But they are useless at uncovering why the pain started in the first place!

Phy Health’s AI-based platform accurately identifies the root causes that generate symptomatic pain and structural damage.

Only then can an effective strategy eliminate the problem for good.

STEP ONE

The Full Body Scan. Machine Vision + AI.

You begin by scheduling an appointment for your *Phy-powered Body Scan. It only takes 30 minutes or less at our Sorrento Valley Office.

In just a few minutes after the scan, you should receive your Assessment Report (located in a mobile app) along with a custom Movement Plan. To get more details and treatment, your technician will help you schedule your virtual consultation.

*Before your scan date, you must complete a free 30-minute Zoom pain consultation

STEP TWO

The Post Scan Consultation. Get Answers & Solutions.

Here, we review your Phy Assessment Report in detail, explaining the connection between your vulnerabilities and the pain and limitations you've reported.

This meeting also reviews your personal Movement Plan (6-week self-care) and any recommendations for in-house advanced therapies such as Prehab or Structural Integration (see below).

STEP THREE

Your Movement Plan. Better Than Typical PT!

Your movement plan is a series of specialized exercises designed to correct your specific vulnerabilities. This is central to your success, so we can’t stress enough the importance of sticking with 3-5 days of planned exercises. (usually 30 minutes per day).

Unlike typical PT exercises, your plan addresses root causes (not just PT-targeted segments). It’s also progressive, meaning that exercises will evolve to meet the final objectives.

\You’ll start to notice a difference after week 2 or 3. After six weeks, 92% report significant improvements.
