PNF Stretching

A flexibility technique that combines muscle contraction with guided lengthening to prevent knots and realign fibers after micro-damage. You’ll move actively alongside your therapist, think of it as a stretch-focused workout, to unlock greater flexibility and range of motion than standard stretches.

Pin and Stretch

A special pinpoint pressure is applied as you gently move the muscle through its full range of motion. The blend of touch and motion breaks up tension, boosts suppleness, and refines overall muscle performance.

Myofascial Release

Your superficial fascia carries most of your tightness signals thanks to its dense nerve supply. When it bunches and twists, deep knots form. Our precise, hands-on release eases that built-up tension to restore smooth, pain-free movement.
