Wellness For Your Muscles
The Thai Massage
That Works For You!
Traditional Thai massage is a dry massage that focuses on the “energy lines” with deep compression and stretching. We replace the folklore with anatomical precision that applies the right pressure and angle directly into the right muscle for therapeutic results.
Further, we integrate other protocols, such as deep tissue, sport, shiatsu, and effleurage, as needed. This isn’t a typical massage, but a powerful suite of bodywork developed over a decade and designed to resolve any minor pain or muscular tension.
Empowered With Purpose!
This full-body massage helps maintain your movement wellness, as well as resolve recent problems as they crop up. For that reason, we recommend monthly or more sessions to keep your body healthy and happy!
It’s also ideal for all ages and activities. With its multi-protocol approach, your licensed therapist can provide:
Physical Stress Relief
Reducing Muscle Tension
Improving Mobility and Flexibility
Acute Pain Reduction
A Combination of Purposes

Massage FAQ
-
Thai massage is a unique form of massage therapy that combines acupressure, yoga-like stretching, and deep tissue work to create a holistic healing experience. Unlike traditional swedish massage, which primarily focuses on relaxation and superficial soft tissues, Thai massage engages the entire body, encouraging energy flow and flexibility. The massage therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move the client into various positions, which helps to release muscle tension and promote overall well-being.

The benefits of massage therapy, especially Thai massage, are extensive. This type of massage may help to reduce stress, alleviate chronic pain, enhance flexibility, and improve circulation. Additionally, Thai massage is known for its ability to address specific health conditions such as fibromyalgia and back pain. Regular sessions can lead to long-term improvements in muscle tension and overall physical and mental health, making it a powerful tool for wellness.
-
You can expect a nurturing and energizing experience. The massage therapist will guide you through a series of stretches and deep compression techniques while you remain clothed in your underclothing or a Thai outfit. The session typically lasts between 60 to 120 minutes, during which the therapeutic massage will aim to harmonize your body.

This massage has the same amazing benefits of deep compression and stretching (optional) but also includes clinical grade techniques designed for specific physical issues. As a CMS registered medical provider, we focus on physiotherapeutic results not personal care. You’ll get expert results not found in typical massage-oriented businesses.

Yes, there are many benefits. The passive stretching in Thai massage helps lengthen muscles and fascia that have become shortened due to lifestyle, injury, or repetitive movements. This directly improves your joint range of motion and overall mobility.
The yoga-like stretches also create space in compressed joints, relieving pressure and potentially reducing pain from conditions like arthritis or repetitive strain.
Other benefits include muscle tension release, stress relief, and enhanced circulation.
