Dynamic Cupping

The dynamic cupping technique is considered a powerful form of physical therapy. We start by scanning your body to locate and then eliminate adhesions caused by stressed myofascial layers. It can also work on joint pain and stiffness by activating synovial fluid, facilitating joint mobilization, and decompressing the joints.

Then we leave cups on tight areas to create space needed for muscle flexibility and relaxation. This does leave cupping marks indicating the level of decompression, but you can opt for less time with little or no cupping marks.

Hot Stone Therapy

Gently heated basalt stones warm your body from the outside in, easing muscle tension, boosting circulation, and calming the nervous system. This allows your body to release faster and with less pressure.

How we use them.

Static placement: Stones rest on key areas (back, hips, hands/feet) to pre-warm dense muscles, melt trigger points, and prime tissues for deeper work.

With movement: Gliding strokes with stones deliver soothing heat as we mobilize fascia and muscle, improving range of motion and recovery while keeping you deeply relaxed.

Skin & Body Treatment (CBD)

Our high-dose formula is boosted with copaiba and eucalyptus essential oil. The CBD calms visible skin redness and penetrates deep into muscles, while copaiba (rich in β-caryophyllene) reinforces the recovery effect, and the eucalyptus oils add a clean, cooling feel.

Why clients love it.

- Quiets stressed, reactive skin
- Eases tight, overworked tissue
- Helps you relax after long days
- Enables you to breathe and reset

IASTM (A Physical Therapy)

We use special, contoured tools to read where tissue is stuck and coach it to glide again. The light, gliding boosts local circulation, quiets muscle guarding, and restores the slide between muscle and fascia. It’s well known to relieve pain quickly.

It’s ideal for stubborn knots, tendon hot spots, and scar tissue pulling along calves, plantar fascia, quads/IT band, hip flexors, forearms, and neck. It feels like a clean glide with the occasional gritty patch; range often opens up quickly, and loaded movement feels easier.

We scan, work in short, focused sets, and then blend with our hands to allow the area to settle — always within your comfort.

Red Light Therapy

This therapy primarily uses red light, ranging from 600 to 700 nanometers, and near-infrared light, which extends from 700 to 1400 nanometers. By utilizing both wavelengths, the belt will penetrate deeper into the skin, reaching not only the subcutaneous tissue but also the muscles. This dual approach enhances the therapy's effectiveness.
