And Prevent Injuries
Tennis is a high-repetition sport with a strong one-sided bias. Movements like the serve, forehand, and backhand repeatedly load the body in the same direction, creating deep asymmetries in muscle development, joint stress, and coordination. These imbalances lead to compensations that reduce performance efficiency and increase the risk of injury.
Real progress happens when the body functions as an integrated system—with the right balance of mobility, stability, control, speed, and endurance to handle the sport’s demands. These physical building blocks often get missed, even in advanced training environments.
The Thai Sport Tennis Performance Program focuses on correcting those gaps with a clinical, results-based approach. By addressing joint mechanics, neuromuscular timing, and energy system strain, the program restores cleaner movement, sharper reaction, and more durable performance under pressure.
It’s not just about training harder—it’s about moving smarter, so you can stay strong, stay fast, and stay in the game.
Join the Beta Program!
You're invited to join the beta testing program at minimal cost. This includes free diagnostic testing of state-of-the-art sports medicine technologies, free customized physical therapy movement plans, and a 50% price reduction of any in-house training and therapies.
The program is planned to be broken into three separate modules, each with a specific purpose:
Get yourself ready for competitive play if injured or suffer from chronic or recurring pain (uses 3D vision and AI from Phy Health to identify and correct existing physical problems).
Improve biomechanics and neuromuscular ability to increase mobility and responsiveness, specifically for tennis (uses Phy & Neux Technologies’ interactive neuromuscular stimulation).
Improve cardiovascular ability and muscular oxygenation to increase player endurance and resilience (uses VMax02 and EWOT technologies).
Fill Out The Questionairre
The first step is to complete this questionnaire. We will contact you to schedule a free Zoom consultation to complete your physical and medical profile and further explain our approach. Then you will receive your first Phy Health Body scan to determine if you start in Module 1 or 2 (depending upon pain/injury status).
