Prevent Injuries!
The Problem
Pickleball is fun and easy to learn, but it is also more hazardous than tennis! Especially for seniors, who love to play and compete. For starters, the whiffle ball is very light, making its trajectory often unpredictable outdoors. This makes the smaller court require swifter reaction time and greater mobility than what’s needed on the tennis court.
Injuries are common; in fact, just about every player gets injured sooner or later, and often can be debilitating too. A twisted ankle, broken wrist, dislocated shoulder, head injuries … you name it, it’s all happened on a pickleball court. Often, a broken bone is a badge among pickleball players, and many laugh these injuries away and get right back on the court after they have recuperated. However, it becomes harder to heal as we age.
The Solution
The Thai Sport Pickleball Performance Program focuses on injury prevention with a clinical, results-based approach. By addressing joint mechanics, kinetic chain, neuromuscular timing, and energy system strain, this unique program resolves injury, improves movement, sharpens reaction, and increases durable performance under pressure — and it’s tuned for your style of pickleball.
It’s not just about training harder — it’s about moving smarter, so you can stay strong, stay fast, and stay in the game.
Join the Beta Program!
You're invited to join the beta testing program at minimal cost. This includes free diagnostic testing using state-of-the-art sports medicine technologies, free customized physical therapy movement plans, and a 50% price reduction of most in-house training and therapies.
The program is broken into three separate modules, each with a specific goals:
Get yourself ready for competitive play if injured or suffer from chronic or recurring pain (uses 3D vision and AI from Phy Health to identify and correct existing physical problems).
Improve biomechanics and neuromuscular ability to increase mobility and court responsiveness, specifically for tennis (uses Phy & Neux Technologies’ interactive neuromuscular stimulation).
Increase cardiovascular ability and muscle oxygenation levels for longer endurance and resilience under stress (uses VMax02, RER, and EWOT technologies).
Fill Out The Questionairre
The first step is to complete this questionnaire. We will contact you to schedule a free Zoom consultation to complete your physical and medical profile and further explain our approach. Then you will receive your first Phy Health Body scan to determine if you start in Module 1 or 2 (depending upon pain/injury status).
