The Thai Sport Basketball Performance Program is prevention-by-design and performance-focused. We tune your specific joint mechanics, align the kinetic chain, and sharpen neuromuscular timing to upgrade how you move—not just how much you work. Expect:

  • Velocity through first-step acceleration, elastic jumping, and strong deceleration for controlled stops.

Join the EARLY ACCESS Program!

You're invited to join the early access program at minimal cost. This includes free diagnostic testing using state-of-the-art sports medicine technologies, free customized physical therapy movement plans, and a 50% price reduction of most in-house training and therapies.

The program is broken into three modules, each with a specific goal:

  1. BASIC: Get yourself ready for competitive play if injured or suffer from chronic or recurring pain (uses 3D vision and AI from Phy Health to identify and correct existing physical problems).

  2. INTERMEDIATE: Improve biomechanics and neuromuscular ability to increase mobility and court responsiveness, specifically for basketball (uses Phy & Neux Technologies’ interactive neuromuscular stimulation).

  3. ADVANCED: cardiovascular ability and muscle oxygenation levels for longer endurance and resilience under stress (uses VMax02, RER, and EWOT technologies).
