Sport Recovery Therapy For Fencing.
Exclusively at Team Touche.

Massage, Stretch, & More!

This is no ordinary sports massage. It’s tuned for competitive fencing that demands explosive lunges, hard stops, high-volume footwork, and one-sided weapon mechanics.

This special version of our Sport Recovery Therapy targets the exact areas that get overloaded, including hips/adductors, calves/achilles, lead knee support, shoulders, and forearm/grip!

Exclusively available at Team Touche
(see pricing and schedule below).

What it includes:

PNF Stretching

A flexibility technique combining muscle contraction with guided lengthening to prevent knots and realign fibers. You’ll move actively alongside your therapist, think of it as a stretch-focused workout, to unlock greater flexibility and range of motion.

Deep Tissue Massage

Overworked muscles need targeted relief. We apply deep-tissue and Thai-style compression techniques to the appropriate areas and at the appropriate intensity. The therapist applies this therapy with hands, arms, or elbows.

Myofascial Release

Superficial fascia carries most of your tightness signals thanks to its dense nerve supply. When it bunches and twists, deep knots form. Our precise, hands-on fascia release restores smooth, pain-free movement.

This therapy is always precise and focused where it’s needed. All work is performed by licensed practitioners skilled in athletic bodywork.
